Shipment

The shipping times for order delivery at Abida Parveen vary based on the specific products and categories. The estimated delivery time will be provided on the product page and confirmed during order placement. Any potential delays will be communicated to you; however, if no notification is received, it could be due to ineffective communication (such as non-functional email or phone contact information). Please note that unforeseen delays, such as those caused by customs clearance or other unexpected issues, may occur. These delays can extend the delivery time by an additional 5-6 working days or more. Abida Parveen is not responsible for any delays, whether or not they are communicated to the customer, for both domestic and international orders placed using any payment method.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on the type of products ordered and the shipping location. These charges are non-refundable. Additionally, Abida Parveen is not responsible for any additional charges, such as customs duties or taxes imposed by local authorities or governments outside of Pakistan. Any such customs charges must be borne by the customer.
