Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only permitted in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item. To qualify for an exchange, the purchased goods must be unused and undamaged by the customer. Please note that all sales of lawn items and custom orders are non-exchangeable.

Return Policy

All orders are final and non-refundable. However, if an incorrect item has been mailed to you, we will gladly exchange it, subject to product and size availability. Any requests for exchanges must be made within one week of receiving the item. Claims made after this period will not be honored.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds. However, exchanges for products of equal or higher value are possible, depending on availability.
